Why Uber When You Can ALPHA?
Getting to the airport is an easily overlooked part of the vacation or business trip. How many times have you realized the night before a flight that you need a ride? Leaving a car at the airport or asking friends and family for a lift might not be an option.

Luckily, smart phone car service apps have drastically changed transportation for both passengers and drivers alike. There aremany hardworking people driving for Uber and Lyft but the quality of service can vary greatly.

Residents of The Point and Lake Norman have found it difficult to get a ride at all. Ubers for an early flight are non-existent. However, with Alpha Car Services, you have a reliable alternative.

Owner-Operator Kevin Graves can transport you safely and comfortably anywhere you need to go.

Kevin began offering his car service after having a conversation with a friend who had been driving for several years. The friend told him to try it out for a month and that he would give him the advice to avoid the mistakes he made early on. Kevin remembers, “I saw the opportunity
in the Lake Norman area, and I jumped in whole-heartedly.”,

He was established Alpha Car Services.
He chose the name Alpha because it is one that grabs attention. “It’s the first letter of the Greek alphabet, a biblical term in the first and last chapter of Revelations, and it signifies a leader,” he explains. His tagline is “Why Uber when you can ALPHA!”

He has carved out a niche, offering abetter quality of service than Uber and a more personal service than the big limousine
companies.

He drives more than one thousand miles per week on average. Taking customers to the airport, to concerts, sporting events, evenings out, and even special occasions like weddings and proms.

His service area is primarily The Point in Mooresville and Lake Norman. He is also willing to make long distance tripsDu e to canceled flights, I’ve driven hundreds of miles to destinations such as:
Augusta, Georgia for the Master’s Golf Tournament, Atlanta, Knoxville, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina,”

Kevin says.
Transportation to the airport makes up most of his business and he has a solid book of repeat customers. Repeat business is a true indicator of the quality of service and a key to success. “It was Woody Allen who said, ‘Ninety percent of success is showing up,’” explains Kevin. “In the car service business, 100% of success means showing up to provide the scheduled ride.”
He prefers his passengers to make an appointment. However, at times he can accommodate a trip on short notice,so he encourages customers to text him when they need a ride.

Additionally, Alpha offers 24-hour service by appointment.

Customer service is Kevin’s priority. He loves driving and ensures a safe and comfortable
experience. He takes his cue from the passenger, offering a polite but quiet ride if that is theirpreference. However, he can also be friendly and conversational. “I offer one free joke per trip, but you may have to pay him to get me to stop telling jokes after that.”

Kevin is not really competing with Uber. Uber offers a well-known service whereas Alpha offers a higher level of service. “In a sense, it’s like comparing first class versus economy class. Next trip, Text, or Call Alpha Car Services.
