How early should I be picked up for my flight?
We'll recommend a time based on your airline, whether you're checking bags, and the day and hour of travel. As a rule of thumb, we aim to have you at CLT about two hours before a domestic departure and three before international.
Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
No. We track your flight and adjust the pickup automatically, so delays never mean waiting charges.
Is the fare per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Bring the whole family or group for one flat rate.
Which terminal door will I be dropped at?
The departures door closest to your airline's check-in counter. Tell us your airline when you book and we'll take you to the right spot.
