Alpha Car Services ("Alpha," "we," "us") is a private airport transportation and car service based in Mooresville, North Carolina, serving Lake Norman, The Point and Charlotte Douglas International Airport. When you request a quote, book a ride, call, text or email us, we collect the details needed to provide the service:

Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
Flight information
If you give us a flight number, we look up that flight's status through public flight-tracking services so we can time your pickup. We do not access your airline account or booking.

05Text Messages & Calls
When you give us your phone number to book a ride, you agree that we may call or text you about that trip — confirmations, "driver on the way" and "on location" notices, and schedule updates. Message frequency depends on your trips. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not send marketing texts unless you have opted in. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us. Phone numbers and text-message opt-in data are never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
06Data Retention & Security
We keep trip and customer records for as long as needed to provide service to you, maintain business and tax records (generally up to seven years), and resolve any disputes. Standing-reservation details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure payment processing, limiting access to trip details to the people who need them, and using reputable providers. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Alpha. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Your Choices & Rights
You can, at any time:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update your details
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we're required to keep
- Opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link)
- Remove a standing reservation or saved trip details
To make a request, call, text or email us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
08Children's Privacy
Our website and booking services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Parents and guardians may of course provide details about children traveling with them (for example, ages for child seats), and we use that information only to provide the trip.
09Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
